10 Best AI Communities for Marketers & Creators (2026)

· Updated August 11, 2026 · AI Resources

Joining the right best AI communities can compress months of solo learning into weeks of collaborative progress.

I have paid for, joined, and quietly left more AI communities than I can count. This list is the shortlist that survived. Every price, member count, and feature below was re-verified against the live signup pages in August 2026, because half the "best AI communities" roundups you will find are quoting numbers that went stale months ago.

Why Most AI Communities Are a Waste of Money

You have probably seen dozens of AI communities pop up over the past year. Most of them follow the same pattern. A creator with a large following launches a paid group, fills it with recycled content from their YouTube channel, and then disappears after the first month.

These communities are run by the same "hype grifters" flooding YouTube with INSANE and GAME-CHANGING thumbnails. They collect monthly fees while offering zero real interaction, outdated templates, and no accountability. The members post questions that go unanswered. The "exclusive content" is a repackaged PDF. The community dies within 90 days.

This is why so many people view AI communities as an expense rather than an investment. They have been burned before.

Why a Good AI Community Is an Investment

A legitimate AI community is one of the highest-ROI moves available to anyone trying to keep pace with AI right now. Here is why.

AI moves faster than any single person can track. New models drop weekly. Tools update overnight. What worked last month might be outdated today. A good community gives you a room full of people testing, breaking, and building with these tools in real time. You get answers in hours instead of spending days figuring things out alone.

The shift I have watched happen over the last six months is the clearest signal of all. A year ago, nearly every serious AI community was teaching n8n and no-code automation. Today the same communities are shipping Claude Code skills, agent operating systems, and GitHub repos you clone and run. That pivot happened in public, in the feeds of these groups, months before it showed up in any course or article. Being in the room is how you catch that on time instead of a quarter late.

The communities on this list are different from the hype-driven groups flooding the market. Every one of them is run by someone who actively teaches, shows up consistently, and builds alongside their members. I have personally vetted each one.

How I Vetted These AI Communities

I did not rank these by follower count or by who has the loudest launch. Every community on this list had to clear four tests.

The founder still shows up

Not a moderator, not a VA. The person whose name is on the door has to be answering questions in the feed within the last week. This alone eliminates most paid communities.

The content reflects current tools

If the newest resource in the classroom is a GPT-4 prompt pack, the community is dead and nobody has announced it yet. I checked what each group shipped most recently.

Members post results, not just questions

A healthy community has people sharing what worked. A dying one has a wall of unanswered "has anyone tried this?" posts.

The price matches the access

A $200/month group with no live calls and no direct founder access is a course with a chat box attached. Price has to buy you something you cannot get from a YouTube playlist.

Best AI Communities in 2026

Whether you are a marketer, content creator, or entrepreneur, one of these groups will match your goals. I included both free and paid options so you can start wherever your budget allows.

1. AI Marketing Insiders (Free & Paid)

AI Marketing Insiders Skool community page showing discussions and member activity
AI Marketing Insiders community on Skool for marketers and creators learning AI.

Best for: Marketers, creators, and business owners who want AI systems that actually run inside a marketing workflow, not AI theory.

Full disclosure: this one is mine, so weigh it accordingly. I put it first because it is the one I built and the one I can speak for in the most detail. The Vibe Marketers and Grace Leung both serve marketers well and you should read those entries before deciding. Judge my entry against the other nine and pick the fit, not the ranking.

AI Marketing Insiders now has over 1,800 members. I built it for business owners, marketers, and creators who want to cut the hype and run AI marketing systems that actually work.

The number I would point at: the free tier includes five working Claude Code skills and the full AI Marketing Essentials course. To be fair to the list, AI Automation Society also ships free Claude Code skills and GitHub repos, and it does that at 432,000 members. The difference is scope, not generosity. Those skills are built for automation builders. Mine are built for a marketing workflow, and the free tier is small enough that I am still the one answering questions in it.

The reason it exists is simple. I spent a decade in marketing before AI became the whole conversation, and almost every AI community I joined was run by someone who could demo a tool but had never had to hit a client's numbers. The gap between "look what this tool can do" and "here is the workflow that replaced four hours of my week" is where this community lives.

What the free tier includes: 5 free Claude Code skills, the AI Automations Vault, the AI Marketing Essentials course, community support, and networking with other operators.

Premium ($200/year): a 1:1 introductory call with me, my AI SEO System, my Claude Skills Stack, the Claude Code Crash Course, and bonus AI masterclasses.

VIP ($75/month or $500/year): everything in Premium plus weekly live Q&A calls, weekly build-with-me calls, the full archive of recorded calls, priority support, and early access to new skills and drops.

The center of gravity here is Claude Code for marketing. Most communities are still teaching AI as a chat window. We treat it as an operating system you build repeatable marketing workflows on top of, which is why the skills library is what members reach for first.

Join AI Marketing Insiders free here. Take the five Claude Code skills, run them, and upgrade only if you want the crash course and the live calls.

If you would rather start with the reading, I also put together a guide with my full toolkit and workflows. Grab my free AI Marketing Guide here.

2. AI Accelerator (Paid)

Authority Hacker AI Accelerator membership page with AI workflow training
Authority Hacker's AI Accelerator program for established business operators.

Best for: Established operators who already have a business and want production-ready AI systems bolted onto it.

AI Accelerator is a structured membership from Authority Hacker, founded by Gael Breton and Mark Webster, and it has served over 15,000 customers. It now runs three tiers: Standard at $99/month, Plus at $199/month, and Max at $1,000/month, all billed annually.

What you get is roughly 50 live implementation calls a year, courses updated quarterly, deployable tools and automations, weekly AI Nuggets, quarterly briefings, and a private community where Gael personally answers threads. The community itself is smaller than the customer number suggests, at 467 active members, so the founder access is real rather than nominal.

The thing I respect most about their approach is the filtering. Their own line is that they tested hundreds of AI tools, agents, and workflows, and about 5% survived real-world use. That is the entire value proposition of a paid community stated in one sentence, and it is why this sits at number two.

The focus is production systems: content pipelines, prospecting agents, and SEO audits. If you are pre-revenue, this is too much money. If you already have a business generating cash, the Standard tier pays for itself fast.

3. The Vibe Marketers (Paid)

The Vibe Marketers Skool community page with AI marketing workflows and tactics
James Dickerson's The Vibe Marketers community for AI-driven marketing.

Best for: Marketers who want proven AI workflows and campaign teardowns rather than tool tutorials.

The Vibe Marketers is run by James Dickerson and now costs $49/month. Note that this changed from the $199/year annual pricing it launched with, so any roundup still quoting that number is out of date.

The community sits at 2,600 members and holds a 4.9-star rating across more than 2,000 reviews. Members get proven AI workflows, bi-weekly group sessions, campaign breakdowns, customizable templates, and round-the-clock community support.

The differentiator is the founder-session access. Members get workshops and beta programs from companies actually building AI marketing tools, including MindStudio, Lindy, and Gumloop. You are hearing how the tools work from the people who built them, before that information reaches YouTube.

4. Grace Leung Growth Community (Free)

Grace Leung digital growth consulting website with AI and marketing tech
Grace Leung's website offering digital growth consulting with AI and marketing tech.

Best for: Marketers and consultants who want AI applied to search visibility and growth strategy, not just content generation.

Grace Leung's Growth Community offers a free way in, which is a change worth flagging if you looked at this one before and passed on price. The community sits behind a sign-in, so check the current tiers yourself before assuming what is included.

Grace is a digital growth consultant and educator originally from Hong Kong and now based in Canada, with over a decade of digital growth marketing experience across APAC and North American markets. Her core spaces cover AI growth systems for marketing, and the emphasis is on getting found online and building a sustainable channel mix rather than chasing whatever tool launched this week.

This is the one on the list I would point a consultant toward. The strategic framing, where AI is a lever inside a growth roadmap rather than the roadmap itself, is uncommon in AI communities and it is exactly what separates people who use AI from people who build businesses with it. It pairs well with the AI YouTube channels worth following if you learn better by watching.

5. AI Automation Society (Free)

AI Automation Society Skool community page by Nate Herk
Nate Herk's AI Automation Society on Skool, now past 432K members.

Best for: Anyone learning n8n workflows and building AI agents without writing code.

AI Automation Society is run by Nate Herk, and it has exploded to over 432,000 members, up from the roughly 312,000 I recorded in the April version of this post. It is free, and it is the largest community on this list.

What is more interesting than the size is the direction. This group started as an n8n community and has visibly pivoted toward Claude Code. Members now get Claude Code skills they can drop into their own setup, full GitHub repos to clone and build from, over 100 n8n templates, and a 7-day challenge where you build a Claude Code AI executive assistant that handles email, calendar, and admin, ending in a certification.

If you have been wondering whether n8n is dead, watching the largest no-code automation community on the internet ship Claude Code curriculum is the most honest answer available.

The tradeoff of a 432K-member free group is signal-to-noise. The classroom content is strong, but do not expect the founder to answer your specific question in the feed.

6. AI Automation Agency Hub (Free)

AI Automation Agency Hub Skool community by Liam Ottley
Liam Ottley's AI Automation Agency Hub, now over 330K free members.

Best for: Starting an AI services agency from zero with no coding background.

AI Automation Agency Hub is founded by Liam Ottley and has grown to more than 330,000 free members. You get the full step-by-step course to start and scale an agency, client contracts and proposal templates, weekly sessions with working agency operators, and a progression system with challenges and rewards.

The weekly operator sessions are the real asset. Hearing someone describe how they priced and delivered an actual client project is worth more than another module on prompt structure.

Same caveat as above: at this size, it is a library with a forum attached, not a room where people know your name.

7. AI Automations by Jack (Paid)

AI Automations by Jack Skool community page with automation templates and courses
Jack Roberts' AI Automations community with 110+ blueprints and daily expert calls.

Best for: People who want to sell AI automation services and want the delivery systems handed to them.

AI Automations by Jack is run by Jack Roberts, the UK entrepreneur behind a seven-figure AI automation business. The price is now $87/month, with an announced increase to $97/month, and the community has grown to around 3,300 members.

Members get the full Claude Code and Hermes OS setup, the Hermes and Claude masterclass with plug-and-play systems, 110+ battle-tested blueprints spanning lead gen, content, and delivery, a claimed $20K in software discounts, daily expert calls, personalized onboarding, and direct support from Jack.

The daily calls are the standout feature. Most paid communities run weekly at best, and the difference between "I will find out Thursday" and "I will find out today" compounds when you are mid-build on client work. This is built for people turning AI automation into income, not hobbyists.

8. Early AI-dopters (Paid)

Early AI-dopters Skool community by Mark Kashef with AI courses and coaching
Mark Kashef's Early AI-dopters community with courses, coaching, and templates.

Best for: People who want one community instead of five, with real one-on-one coaching attached.

Early AI-dopters is led by Mark Kashef, an O'Reilly Media instructor, former AI and analytics professor, and ex-Amazon, with a Master's in AI. The price is now $77/month and the community sits around 1,300 members.

The curriculum covers Claude Code from beginner to advanced, agentic OS systems for business and enterprise, prompt engineering, machine learning, sales and marketing for AI solutions, and an AI consulting playbook. Members get access to twelve specialized coaches across Claude Code, n8n, cybersecurity, and sales, plus an AI expert network and software discounts.

The number Mark reports on the signup page is 92% retention. Treat it as an operator-supplied figure rather than an audited one, but retention is still one of the harder metrics to fake with a good launch. Between the O'Reilly teaching background, the Master's in AI, and twelve coaches on staff, this option leans harder on formal credentials than most.

9. Build with Luke (Paid)

Build with Luke Skool community page focused on Claude Code and AI building
Luke Byrne's Build with Luke community for Claude Code builders.

Best for: Builders who want to stop watching AI tutorials and actually ship an app.

Build with Luke is a small, high-touch community run by Luke Byrne, a former senior technology consultant now building his SaaS business with Claude. It costs $19/month, or $199/year as a locked-in founder rate, and the price rises to $49/month at 100 members. It currently has 47 members.

You get step-by-step courses and masterclasses, weekly live build calls with a replay library, templates and code, direct access to Luke, and client opportunities. The curriculum runs through LLM fundamentals, RAG systems, AI agents, workflow automation, and shipping SaaS with Claude Code.

At 47 members, you are getting near-consulting levels of attention for the price of a couple of coffees. That is the entire argument for joining small communities early, and it is also the reason this window closes.

10. Women Build AI (Free)

Women Build AI free community page by Sabrina Ramonov for women founders
Sabrina Ramonov's Women Build AI free community for women creating AI products.

Best for: Women who are actively building AI products, apps, tools, or automations.

Women Build AI is a free private community founded by Sabrina Ramonov for women actively building with AI. It has passed 5,300 members and is free forever, with a monthly events calendar and free masterclasses.

The screening is the feature. Sabrina reviews applicants to confirm they are actively creating with AI rather than passively learning, and she recommends completing a build tutorial before you apply. That single gate is why the discussion quality is high and why it stays spam-free at a size where most free groups collapse into self-promotion.

Free vs Paid AI Communities: Which Should You Join?

The honest answer is that most people should start free and upgrade only when they hit a specific wall.

Free communities are libraries. AI Automation Society and AI Automation Agency Hub have hundreds of thousands of members and enormous classroom sections, and you will not get personal attention in either. That is fine when what you need is structured material and a search bar.

Paid communities buy access to a person. That is the only thing you cannot get for free. When you evaluate a paid group, ignore the template count and ask how often the founder is in the feed and how often live calls run. AI Accelerator runs about 50 implementation calls a year. AI Automations by Jack runs daily calls. Build with Luke gives you direct access because there are 47 people in the room.

The trap is paying for a large paid community. Big and free works. Small and paid works. Big and paid usually means you are funding a course you could have bought once.

Final Thoughts from Ryan

The right AI community can pay for itself within the first month. One workflow you pick up from a fellow member can save you hours every week. One connection can turn into a client or collaboration.

If I had to pick the single most valuable thing membership has given me this year, it was not a template. It was seeing the whole category pivot from no-code automation to Claude Code roughly three months before that shift showed up in the content everyone else was reading. That head start is the actual product.

A community is one input, not the whole diet. The other two that move the needle are the best AI newsletters for weekly signal and the AI YouTube channels worth actually watching, and it helps to know which AI builders are actually shipping before you pick whose community to join. Between the three, you have covered reading, watching, and asking.

Stop viewing community memberships as expenses and start treating them as the fastest shortcut to AI fluency. Pick one or two from this list that match your goals, join today, and actually participate. Lurking does not build skills. If you are on the other side of that decision and thinking about launching your own, I covered the operator side with my community admin.

Best AI Communities FAQs

What are the best free AI communities to join?

AI Marketing Insiders, AI Automation Society, AI Automation Agency Hub, Grace Leung's Growth Community, and Women Build AI all offer free membership as of August 2026. AI Automation Society is the largest at over 432,000 members and focuses on n8n and Claude Code automation. AI Marketing Insiders (my own community) offers a free tier with five Claude Code skills and the AI Marketing Essentials course, aimed at marketers specifically. Start with whichever matches your current goals and upgrade later if you want direct access to the founder.

Are paid AI communities worth the money?

Paid communities are worth it when the operator shows up consistently, the content stays current, and the members are active. The paid options on this list range from $19/month for Build with Luke to $1,000/month for AI Accelerator's Max tier. The single best signal is live call frequency: AI Automations by Jack runs daily expert calls, AI Accelerator runs roughly 50 implementation calls a year, and Early AI-dopters reports 92% retention. Compare that to the cost of figuring out AI workflows alone or paying for a course that goes stale in three months.

What is the best AI community on Skool?

AI Marketing Insiders, AI Automation Society, Early AI-dopters, The Vibe Marketers, and AI Automation Agency Hub are the strongest AI communities on Skool in 2026. AI Automation Society is the largest at 432,000+ free members. The Vibe Marketers publishes the strongest public rating of the group at 4.9 stars across 2,000+ reviews, though most Skool communities do not display a rating at all. AI Marketing Insiders is built for marketers and creators. The right one depends on whether your focus is marketing, automation, agency building, or Claude Code development.

How much do AI communities cost in 2026?

Free is common and genuinely useful at the large end. Paid AI communities generally run between $19 and $99 per month, with premium tiers going higher. Current pricing on this list: Build with Luke at $19/month, AI Marketing Insiders Premium at $200/year and VIP at $75/month, The Vibe Marketers at $49/month, Early AI-dopters at $77/month, AI Automations by Jack at $87/month, and AI Accelerator from $99 to $1,000/month. Prices in this category change often, so verify before you join.

Which AI community is best for marketers?

AI Marketing Insiders (mine) is built for marketers, creators, and business owners who want to run AI marketing systems rather than experiment with tools. The Vibe Marketers is a strong alternative at $49/month, focused on AI marketing workflows and campaign teardowns. Grace Leung's free Growth Community is the best pick if your priority is search visibility and growth strategy. Most automation-focused communities, including AI Automation Society and AI Automation Agency Hub, teach agency and workflow building rather than marketing itself.

How do I know if an AI community is legitimate?

Check four things. First, does the founder still post and respond to questions regularly, or has a moderator taken over? Second, are members sharing real results and not just asking unanswered questions? Third, is the content updated to reflect current AI tools, or is it recycled material from a year ago? A community whose newest resource is a GPT-4 prompt pack is already dead. Fourth, does the price buy you access you cannot get from a free YouTube playlist. The communities on this list pass all four tests.
