Affiliate disclosure

Short version: some links on this site earn me a commission, it never costs you extra, and it never decides what I recommend.

Affiliate links

Some posts on this site contain affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, I may earn a commission from that company. You pay exactly the same price either way, and in some cases you pay less because the link carries a discount.

Posts that contain affiliate links say so at the top. This is required by theFTC's endorsement guides, and it is also just how I would want it done if I were the one reading.

How I choose what to recommend

I recommend tools I actually use in my own agency work. Being an affiliate for a product does not get it into a post, and not having an affiliate program does not keep a product out. Plenty of tools I recommend pay me nothing.

I also write about what did not work. If a tool I earn commission on has real problems, the problems go in the post. A review that only lists upsides is an ad, not a review.

Sponsorships and gifted products

I turn down most sponsorship requests. When a post or video is sponsored, or when a company gave me free access to something, that is stated clearly in the content itself. Sponsorship buys placement. It does not buy a positive opinion or editorial control.

My own products

I sell my own products and services, including the Claude Code Skills Stack, AI Marketing Insiders, and consulting. When I link to those, I obviously benefit. They are mine, and it should be self-evident, but I would rather say it plainly.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you want to know whether a specific link is an affiliate link, email [email protected] and I will tell you straight.
