Short version: use the site and buy the products in good faith, digital sales are final, I make no guarantees about the results you will get, and if we ever disagree, Iowa law settles it.

Who these terms are with

This site and everything sold through it are operated by Thriveonefive Media LLC ("I", "me", or "my"), based in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. By using ryandoser.com, subscribing to my newsletter, or buying anything I offer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Using this site

You are welcome to read, share, and link to anything published here. You may not scrape the site at a scale that burdens it, republish my articles as your own, resell my content, or use the site to break the law. The content is provided for information and education. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and following it is your own decision.

Intellectual property

The articles, videos, guides, graphics, and code samples on this site are mine unless stated otherwise, and they are protected by copyright. You can quote a reasonable excerpt with credit and a link back. You cannot copy a whole post, sell my material, or pass it off as your own. Product names and logos belonging to other companies are theirs, not mine.

Digital products and memberships

I sell digital products and memberships, including the Claude Code Skills Stack and the AI Marketing Insiders community. When you buy one, I grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself or your own business. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share your access with people who did not pay, or repackage it as your own product.

Some products are hosted or delivered through third-party platforms (for example the checkout, the community software, or a file host). Those platforms have their own terms, and their terms apply to your use of them alongside these.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. You are responsible for any taxes that apply where you live. Memberships that renew will keep renewing until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Digital sales are final. Because digital products and memberships give you instant access to the material, all sales are non-refundable once purchased. Cancelling a membership stops the next charge but does not refund the current period. If something is broken or you were charged in error, email me at [email protected] and I will make it right.

Consulting and services

Consulting, advisory, and done-with-you engagements are handled under a separate agreement or proposal that we both sign or confirm before work begins. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins for that engagement.

Affiliate links and recommendations

Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you buy through them. This never costs you more and never decides what I recommend. Full details are in my affiliate disclosure. Any product I link to is sold by that company under their terms, not mine, and I am not responsible for what they do.

No guarantees

I share strategies, tools, and workflows that have worked for me and my clients. I cannot promise you the same results. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, market, skill, and a dozen things outside my control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of income, rankings, growth, or any specific result.

The site and products are provided "as is"

Everything here is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether stated or implied. I do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, though I do my best to keep it clean and working. To the fullest extent the law allows, Thriveonefive Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim.

This site links out to other websites and tools. Once you follow a link, you are on their turf, and their terms and privacy policies apply, not mine. I do not control and am not responsible for third-party sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms as the site and what I offer change. When I do, I will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
