What is the AI Concierge?

What does an AI business coach actually do?
It depends which kind you mean. Most products sold as an AI business coach are apps: a chatbot that asks you goal-setting questions and cheers you on. A human AI business coach, which is what I am, works differently. I get on a screen share with you twice a month and coach you through building the actual AI systems your business needs: content workflows, automations, AI search visibility, and the prompts and documentation to run them. I direct and demonstrate, you build. The output is working systems you know how to run, because you built them.
How is this different from an AI coaching app?
An app gives you answers and encouragement, and AI models are famously agreeable: they tend to validate whatever you bring them. The Concierge gives you a human who pushes back, picks the bottleneck that actually matters, and directs while you build the fix on your own screen. When the call ends you are holding a working system you built yourself, not a chat transcript.
Can ChatGPT be my business coach?
For brainstorming and first drafts, honestly, yes, and I will show you how to get more out of it. The limits show up fast though: it agrees with you too easily, it does not know your business unless you teach it, and it cannot build and connect the systems for you. The Concierge uses those same AI tools, with a human who knows what to build, in what order, and how to make it stick.
What does "done-with-you" mean in practice?
We meet on a screen share and you build the actual system live with me directing: the workflow, the prompts, the automation, the page. I show you exactly how, you do it in your own stack, you run it between calls, and next month you build on top of it. Between calls you are inside my AI Marketing Insiders community as a VIP member, with weekly live calls when questions come up. Done-for-you leaves you dependent on the vendor. Done-with-you leaves you with the system and the skill.
How much does an AI coach cost?

Is this coaching or consulting?

The Concierge sits in the middle: you do hands-on building on your real work, with my direction and the training baked in so the systems keep working after the engagement ends.
Why not just book a few hourly sessions instead?
Hourly is the right buy when you have one problem and need a plan for it. The Concierge is a different product: we do not re-scope from zero each call. I hold the context on your business between calls, each session builds on the last one, the systems compound instead of restarting, and VIP membership of my community sits underneath it all. A strategy session ends with a roadmap. A Concierge month ends with something running.
Why are spots limited?
Because this is me on the calls, directing your build, not a team running a template. I cap the number of Concierge clients so every engagement gets real attention. When spots are full, applications go on a waitlist and I tell you honestly how long the wait looks.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Most of what you will build runs in tools you already use, plus Claude and a handful of automation platforms. Where something genuinely needs engineering, I say so and we scope it clearly rather than pretending it is a no-code problem.
Can I cancel?
